Group Fitness Classes
Looking for a single session class led by an instructor? Join us for a selection of classes by our skilled instructors. These single session Group Fitness Classes are included in a Fitness Pass.

Membership & Fees
Discover our bright and modern 4,000 square foot fitness centre today! Register in advance for a single visit to our Fitness Centre or to a Group Fitness Class. Payment is required at the time of booking.

Interested in an ongoing Fitness Pass? Fitness Centre visits and all single session Group Fitness Classes are included with a Fitness Pass. Choose between a 1 month, 3 month, 6 month, or 1 year pass to meet your goals.
Fitness Passes can be purchased through the Registration Call Centre (604-276-4300), which is open 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Once you have purchased a Fitness Pass, you can then book future visits using your pass online or through the call centre.

Complete the online request form at richmond.ca/register or call the Registration Call Centre at 604‐276‐4300, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Your membership will be reactivated for the period of time it was not available for use, and any time remaining. You will receive an email receipt when your membership is ready to be used.
Health and safety protocols are in place, such as limited class sizes and facility occupancy to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19 and requiring advanced registration for each class or activity. Below are safety protocols for the fitness centre.
Before Your Exercise Session
Please do not attend your exercise session if you are feeling ill and/or have any of the following symptoms: fever, chills, new or worsening cough, shortness of breath, new muscle aches or headache, or sore throat; or if you have travelled outside of Canada within the last 14 days; or if you have been in close contact with a person who has a confirmed or presumptive case of COVID-19.
During Your Exercise Session
Masks are required in the facility, including when entering, exiting or moving around the building.
Masks are optional in the fitness centre and during fitness classes.
Bring your own towel and water bottle (highly recommended).
Please wash and/or disinfect your hands prior to beginning your workout.
Listen carefully to staff instructions and follow them closely.
Avoid “working in” with others or otherwise sharing equipment.
Time your retrieval of closely arranged equipment, such as dumbbells or medicine balls to avoid close contact with others.
Wipe down equipment with provided disinfectant before and after use.
Only bring essential items (e.g. keys, wallet, phone) with you; only wallet lockers and cubbies will be available for use. Bags and other belongings will not be permitted on the fitness centre floor.
Maintain a minimum of 2 metres physical distance at all times.
Avoid clustering in groups and leave the facility immediately after your exercise session.

Youth in the Fitness Centre
We welcome youth to workout in our fitness centre! Below are the requirements for youth aged 13 – 18 to participate.
Parental Consent Form
If you are between the ages of 13 – 18 and this is your first time coming to any City of Richmond fitness facility since March 2020, you must also bring the consent form below to your first visit.
If you are between the ages of 13 – 15, you must also attend a brief safety orientation at the beginning of your session. Youth orientations for our centre can be booked by calling our Fitness Coordinator at 604-204-8567. Orientation only needs to be completed once for eligibility to exercise at all City of Richmond fitness facilities. Youth ages 13 – 15 must book their workout visits by phone at 604-276-4300 so that the Registration Call Centre can verify these requirements have been met.

Need some extra motivation in the gym? Want advice on proper lifting technique? Our certified personal trainers are here to help. We offer one-on-one private training in addition to group training (2-3 people) sessions to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Save on your fitness membership through our Corporate Fitness Pass Program. Positively engage your team towards a healthier lifestyle through the use of our fitness centre and group fitness classes.
In order to join the Corporate Fitness Pass Program, five or more adults from the same company or organization* must purchase Total Fitness Passes (either the 1 year or 6 month pass). Passes must be purchased at the same time. Individuals must also show proof of employment with corresponding photo ID.
*If your business is a member of the Richmond Chamber of Commerce, there is no minimum number. You can sign up 1 adult or more.
