*Family add-on – 1 year: For immediate family members residing in the same residence. With the
purchase of a 1 year Fitness Adult Pass, one additional adult may also be added for the price listed in the
above chart. The first family member pays the full rate with the additional member paying the reduced
rate. Fitness Passes must be purchased at the same time. They are non-transferable and only apply to 1
year terms.

Drop-in Classes

Want to attend a fitness class casually? Drop-in to one of our weekly classes. Our skilled instructors provide workouts that are fun and inspiring. Try out classes such as Tabata Express, Dance Fit, Cycle Fit, Hatha Yoga, and more.

Personal Training

Need some extra motivation in the gym? Want advice on proper lifting technique? Our certified personal trainers are here to help. We offer one-on-one private training or group training (2-3 people) sessions to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Corporate Fitness

Save on your fitness membership through our Corporate Fitness Pass Program. Positively engage your team towards a healthier lifestyle through the use of our fitness centre and drop-in fitness classes.

In order to join the Corporate Fitness Pass Program, five or more adults from the same company or organization* must purchase Total Fitness Passes (either the 1 year or 6 month pass). Passes must be purchased at the same time. Individuals must show proof of employment with corresponding photo ID. 

*If your business is a member of the Richmond Chamber of Commerce, there is no minimum number. You can sign up 1 adult or more.
