Booking Information

A “Room Rental Request Form” must be completed, signed and submitted to the Rental Supervisor.

Bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis.

A $500 Damage Deposit is required at time of booking for all “Multipurpose Room” bookings.

Full payment is due at the time of booking.

A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required for new bookings.

Rental fees include tables and chairs.

A Commissionaire will be on site for large rentals.

Renters are responsible for setup and takedown.

Liability insurance is required for all banquets and activity events. Liability must be for 5 million dollars. Insured City of Richmond, additional insured City Centre Community Association.

Vendors: Magicians and costumed performers, etc. are permitted, but must have a minimum liability insurance of $5 million. Bouncy castles and live animal performances are not permitted.
Cancellations

For a full refund, written notice must be given 1 month in advance.

Notice provided less than 1 month but more than 2 weeks will receive a 50% refund.

All cancellations made with less than 2 weeks notice are NOT entitled to a refund.
Underground pay parking is in effect for everyone. Please refer to concordparking.com for details. Underground parking entrance is on Firbridge Way.
